With us, you can make a difference! • Are you a Fachfrau Gesundheit / Fachmann Gesundheit, completed training at least 6 months ago, have experience in the acute area/IMC and are looking for an exciting, educational and interesting working environment? Are you flexible, motivated, have a quick grasp and enjoy working in changing teams? Then we can offer you exactly that! • Your assignments enable you to gain insights into various specialized areas and ensure a varied working daily routine • Your duration of assignment is flexible and depends on the current demand as well as your availability • You work in different teams and can use and develop your professional competence in a versatile way • You will be employed on an hourly basis and benefit from attractive, transparent remuneration. The hourly wage is CHF 43.-, additionally you receive corresponding shift allowances How does that work exactly now? You yourself indicate via an app when you are available and can be booked. Of course, in addition to the stated salary, you receive the usual supplements for Saturday, Sunday and night work.   The advantages that we offer you compared to temporary agencies are obvious: You always work at the same hospital and do not have to travel across the country for your assignments. With us, you can get to know new specialized departments and expand your expertise due to the cutting-edge medical environment. The salary paid by us corresponds to what you receive as market standard at personnel leasing companies, however, we pay more into your pension fund.   With this model, we stand for flexibility and individual solutions. Regardless of whether you want fixed days and fixed shifts or want to have several months off in summer, everything is possible. You can indicate your availability up to one year in advance or rearrange on the same day.
