In cooperation with your colleagues from our departments and branches, you will have the following tasks: • Identification of existing properties with value creation potential and proactive approach to property owners to acquire new orders • Development of project strategies with the focus on generating added value for owners in trustful cooperation (economic efficiency, usage concept, sustainability, etc.) • Participation and leadership in the preparation of convincing offers (investor tenders, TU submissions, total performance competitions,) in close cooperation with internal specialist departments and external partners • Expansion of the network in the real estate market with a focus on the regions Zürich and East Switzerland (landowners, investors, specialist planners, authorities and users) In cooperation with your colleagues from our departments and branches, you will have the following tasks: Identification of existing properties with value creation potential and proactive approach to property owners to acquire new orders Development of project strategies with the focus on generating added value for owners in trustful cooperation (economic efficiency, usage concept, sustainability, etc.) Participation and leadership in the preparation of convincing offers (investor tenders, TU submissions, total performance competitions,) in close cooperation with internal specialist departments and external partners Expansion of the network in the real estate market with a focus on the regions Zürich and East Switzerland (landowners, investors, specialist planners, authorities and users) What you bring with you • Specialist knowledge and experience: You have completed training in architecture or civil engineering and ideally additional business administration training. Thanks to your professional experience in the construction or real estate industry, you recognize value creation potentials of plots of land and existing properties and develop convincing development strategies from them, which you successfully bring to implementation. You lead planning teams confidently, maintain professional stakeholder management and drive projects with commitment towards successful contract conclusion. • Teamwork and communication: Your joy in working in a team and your ability to actively approach others are of great importance.
