Then, together with your team, shape talent acquisition for Klinik Hirslanden and Klinik im Park. In doing so, you will strengthen the partnership-based collaboration with our managers and develop our recruiting processes in an innovative and future-oriented manner.

YOUR TASKS

• Leadership and further development of a team of 3--4 HR recruitment partners
• Responsibility for professional and future-oriented recruitment for both clinics
• Management and further development of recruiting processes as well as ensuring a positive Candidate Experience
• Support and consulting of the line throughout the entire recruitment process -- from the opening of a vacancy, conducting interviews and salary negotiations to the signing of the contract
• Active co-design of recruitment and personnel marketing topics in cross-clinic and group-wide projects

YOUR PROFILE

• University, university of applied sciences or commercial basic training, ideally with further training in the HR or personnel area
• Several years of experience in in-house personnel recruitment (company side); experience exclusively in personnel placement is not sufficient
• Initial experience in the healthcare sector
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
• High service and customer orientation as well as enjoyment in working with different stakeholder groups
• Motivating, enthusiastic personality with a confident and professional appearance
• You maintain an overview and a cool head even in hectic situations
• Enjoyment of a dynamic environment and of actively helping to shape things
