Application questions instead of a cover letter Share What awaits you? ## • Conducting initial consultations: Holistic and customer-centric 360-degree needs analysis to identify financial customer needs and to maximize customer potential • Development of needs-based solutions that incorporate the individual needs, goals, wishes and life situations of the customers • Competent and holistic financial planning in compliance with the strategic objectives and regulatory requirements of the bank • Participation in and planning of target group-specific market development measures, particularly for campaigns, meetings, events and representative tasks • Proactive support for our customer advisors: help with customer booking planning and discover new potentials together - your commitment makes the difference "Do you not yet have experience in these areas? What do you bring with you? ## • Completed further training as a financial planner required • Professional experience in financial and pension planning in the banking sector is an advantage • Ideally experience with the financial planning software Allfina and Logismata • Motivation to successfully develop the financial and pension planning department into the future together with the team • Teamwork skills and entrepreneurial thinking with strong customer orientation, communication skills and a confident manner with high quality standards
