It supports its tenants with everyday, social, and nursing services, thereby enabling a high quality of life into old age. For our Spitex Nursing division, we are looking for an experienced and committed personality as a Team Leader starting 1 September 2026. Team Leader Spitex Zürich Süd 80-100 % Tasks • You lead a nursing and housekeeping team of 25 employees personally, professionally, and organizationally, recruit new employees, and introduce them. • You ensure the optimal utilization of employees within the service and deployment planning and conduct controlling for your area. • You guarantee exemplary nursing quality as well as high customer satisfaction. • You work on the further development of our concepts and support their alignment with future needs and societal developments. • You represent the team leaders of the other areas and work closely with them as well as the Head of Nursing and Housekeeping. Profile • Degree as a certified nursing professional at HF/FH level • Further education in the field of leadership as well as at least two years of leadership experience, preferably in a Spitex organization • High customer and service orientation • Pronounced communication strength • Very good organizational skills as well as entrepreneurial action and thinking • Good knowledge of MS Office, InterRai-HC and Perigon is an advantage We offer An exciting leadership task that includes diverse design possibilities.
