YOUR TASKS • Specialist advice and training of employees in all clinic areas regarding questions of infection prevention and hospital hygiene • Planning and implementation of hygiene audits as well as derivation of improvement and optimization measures • Development, implementation, and evaluation of hygiene concepts and prevention strategies • Data collection, analysis, and assessment within the framework of national and local surveillance programs • Close interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, especially with partner doctors, infectious disease specialists, and other specialists <br /> YOUR PROFILE Professional qualifications • Education in healthcare (e.g., Nursing HF/FH or diploma level) with completed further training in the field of infection prevention/hospital hygiene • Ideally professional experience in a high-risk area such as the operating department, intensive care unit, or a comparable clinical environment Personal competencies • Structured, independent, and responsible way of working • Strong communication skills as well as the ability to convey technical topics understandably • Persuasiveness, assertiveness, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation <br /> A motivated, committed, and multiprofessional team in an advanced working environment awaits you.
