In this versatile role, you will make an important contribution to the smooth operation of our properties and, together with the team, ensure that our residents and commercial tenants feel comfortable every day. Your tasks Support of our cooperative members in all rental matters Independent management of the residential and commercial real estate portfolio Conducting the entire rental process for apartments and commercial spaces (incl. acceptances, handovers and viewings with protocol management) Managing caretaker duties and administration Support and deputy duties in the other areas Invoice control and posting Communication with internal and external contact persons Processing and handling of damage and insurance cases Representation of the owner in conciliation proceedings (after consultation) Planning of real estate maintenance (incl. obtaining quotes, budgeting and cost control) in consultation with the division management Participation in evening events as part of the cooperative's participatory processes Participation in research projects, reporting, data collection and statistics Your profile Commercial or technical training with further training as a Real Estate Property Manager with federal diploma (eidg.
