Nursing Specialist HF, 50-90 %

We are looking for a committed and reliable personality for the newly created position in the care area as of 1 August 2026.

Tasks ##

• Guidance and support of students in areas such as hygiene, social interaction, mobility, communication and everyday competencies, as well as the professional assumption of partly intensive nursing activities.
• Planning and implementation of medical and nursing services for students with physical and multiple disabilities in daily school and school-related life (after-school care and holiday care).
• Collaboration in quality management regarding nursing and medical matters: setting standards, guiding staff, making internal and external agreements.
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with special education teachers, caregivers, therapists and parents to jointly shape the development and promotion process.
• Participation in school and care development processes as well as active participation in team meetings, case discussions and promotion planning.

Profile ##

• Degree as Nursing Specialist HF
• Experience in a special education environment, ideally working with children and adolescents or with people with physical and multiple disabilities is desired
• Competence in dealing with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) or the willingness to undergo further training in this area.
• High social and self-competence, appreciative and integrative attitude as well as joy in accompanying students with complex needs.
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working as well as the ability to think in networks and react flexibly to different requirements in everyday life.
• Resilience, humor and the ability to remain solution-oriented even in challenging situations.

The Schule für Kinder und Jugendliche mit Körper- und Mehrfachbehinderungen (SKB) is a competence center for students with physical and multiple disabilities from kindergarten to secondary level. The offer includes the day special school and B + U within the framework of integrated special education. The SKB offers students lessons, therapies, driving service and school-related care.
