What you can achieve: ##

• Processing of external intervention orders
• Operating various technical systems in the event of malfunctions/alarms
• Cooperation with different emergency services
• Ensuring the operational service of our operations center
• Supporting uniformed front-line employees in all matters
• Diverse operational deployments (object inspections and patrols)

What you bring: ##

• Very good German skills and oral English skills (A2 level)
• Proficient PC user skills
• High degree of independence and technical affinity
• High service orientation, strong sense of responsibility and goal-oriented communication
• Completed vocational training or equivalent education
• Experience in an operations or alarm center of a security company is an advantage
• Impeccable reputation (check of debt enforcement register and criminal record extract)
• Swiss nationality or possession of a permit C or EU/EFTA B
• Mobility (driver's license and own vehicle an advantage)
• Temporal flexibility and readiness for irregular working hours (night, weekend, 24h operation)
