Tasks ## • You are responsible for the entire recruitment process - from kick-off to employment. • You advise our managers on all questions regarding recruiting and personnel selection. • You actively help to design and optimize recruiting processes as well as projects and contribute new ideas. • You ensure a positive Candidate Experience and represent the Sozialdepartement authentically both internally and externally. Profile ## • Several years of experience in recruiting, ideally in the recruitment of specialists and managers. • You convince through your advisory personality, your intuition for people, and your strong communication skills. • You work independently, in a structured manner, and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment. • You think solution-oriented, bring initiative, and want to continuously develop recruiting.
