The Sicherheitsdirektion includes the Kantonspolizei Zürich, the Strassenverkehrsamt, the Migrationsamt, the Amt für Militär und Zivilschutz, the Kantonale Sozialamt, as well as the Sportamt and the Rekursabteilung. The Generalsekretariat is the central staff unit of the Sicherheitsdirektion. In the Generalsekretariat, we are looking for a Change Manager from 1. October 2026 to approximately 30. June 2027. In this versatile function, you will actively help shape the digital transformation and accompany change projects at a strategic and operational level. Your tasks You accompany and shape transformation and digitalization projects – from planning to successful implementation. You accompany and advise on the development and implementation of measures to strengthen the organization's capacity for change as well as the further development of the organizational culture. You undertake project coordination and the implementation of cantonal projects within the Sicherheitsdirektion. You analyze and optimize processes as well as organizational structures, develop optimization proposals, and advise the specialist departments on realignment. You plan and lead workshops, training sessions, and information events and support internal communication. Your profile Degree at tertiary level in BWL or psychology, ideally with a focus on organizational development/organizational management. Sound experience in change management as well as in transformation and digitalization projects. Professional experience in public administration is an advantage. Experience in the conception and implementation of training and workshops as well as strong consulting, moderation, and communication skills. Digital competence and quick familiarization with new systems. Independent and solution-oriented way of working as well as enjoyment in working with different stakeholders.
