For Tertianum Letzipark in the Zürich region, we are looking for a Healthcare Specialist EFZ 100% starting June 1st or by arrangement Your tasks: • Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process • Taking over tasks as a primary caregiver • Participation in the nursing process and in the assessment of nursing needs with RAI for the assigned guests • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone) • Planning and accompanying doctor visits • Taking over daily responsibility • Taking over tasks as a subject matter expert for a specialist topic and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality Your profile: • Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid) • A warm, positive, and responsible basic attitude • Joy in diverse challenges • Good German skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
