Vocational Trainer Nursing Inpatient Ward Visceral and Transplant Surgery 80-100%

For our specialized inpatient ward in Visceral and Transplant Surgery (Süd C) we are looking for committed Vocational Trainers Nursing. In these areas, you will take on a central role in the practical training of our apprentices and students and, as part of the Shared Governance team, actively shape the further development of the ward. What awaits you: • You plan, structure, and accompany the practical training of apprentices and students and support them specifically in their learning process • You develop, plan, and evaluate practice-oriented learning units in close cooperation with the education officer • You conduct entry, status, competence, and qualification interviews and document learning processes in a traceable and structured manner • You are the first point of contact for educational topics on the ward and create a motivating, learning-promoting environment • You advise and support the nursing team in the guidance of learners and strengthen educational competence in everyday life • You implement measures for quality assurance and actively participate in the further development of educational processes • You engage in projects, working groups, as well as in the Learning and Working Community (LAG) • You actively participate in patient care and are a professional and pedagogical role model in clinical everyday life What distinguishes you? • Completed training as a Dipl.
