Do you want to manage complex transport infrastructure projects and bring various interests together? Then join us as a Project Manager Track. Tasks ## • You lead demanding bus and rail technology projects from planning to implementation and move confidently within the SIA phases 3 to 5. In close coordination with various municipal service departments such as the Civil Engineering Office, the Traffic Department, or the Office for Urban Development, you coordinate all project participants and ensure a smooth project process. • In addition to project organization, you are responsible for costs, deadlines, quality, and the communication of your projects. You create transparency, recognize risks early, and ensure that decisions are made on a sound and traceable basis. • Another focus of your work lies in conducting permit, financing, and tender procedures under public law. In doing so, you work closely with internal and external specialists as well as with cantonal and national authorities. • With your negotiating skills, you develop conceptually viable solutions that meet the different inner-city interests, thereby making an important contribution to efficient and sustainable public transport in Zürich. Profile ## • You have a completed degree in civil engineering (ETH or FH) or an equivalent education with corresponding further training. • Ideally, you bring professional experience in the planning of transport systems, particularly in the field of rail and bus. • You have already accompanied larger projects in an urban and political environment or are motivated to develop yourself in this demanding context. • Additionally, you are familiar with relevant regulations and standards in public transport and the construction sector. • Your entrepreneurial thinking and action help you to manage projects responsibly and sustainably. • You communicate clearly and convincingly, can bring different interests together, and assert yourself with good arguments in the interest of the matter.
