The Stiftung m.a.c. is a canton-recognized, curriculum-based Type A day special school with 53 approved school places for students with special learning and structural needs. In a familial special education setting, we work in small, mixed-age learning groups. For our lower school in Zürich, we are looking for a relationship-oriented personality who not only accompanies but actively helps shape the environment. School Assistant 85% What awaits you • Together with the team, you shape clear structures that help the students master their everyday lives. • You support the teacher in lessons, accompany individual students, or work with small groups. • You supervise the students during breaks and actively promote respectful coexistence. • You work closely in a team, contribute your input, and implement jointly agreed-upon arrangements. What you bring • You have training as a Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung (FaBe). • You are a present, relationship-oriented personality and provide students with orientation and security. • You are experienced in dealing with challenging situations, remain calm, and act in a solution-oriented manner. • You are interested in students with special learning and structural needs and encounter them openly and appreciatively. • You are flexible, enjoy working in a team, and have humor - absolutely! • Plus point: You are familiar with the concept «Neue Autorität».
