Your tasks

Strategy & Portfolio

• Strategic and financial management of the yield and development portfolio
• Development, implementation, and continuous further development of property and portfolio strategies in close coordination with site and project development for the sustainable optimization of performance
• Identification of market, opportunity, and risk trends in the Swiss real estate market and independent derivation of suitable measures
• Creative and solution-oriented input for real estate purchases and sales

Leadership & Organization

• Disciplinary and functional leadership as well as further development of the entire asset management team across all of Switzerland
• Leadership and coordination of internal and external property managers, administration organizations, and other service providers
• Close cooperation with property management, marketing, realization, project development, sustainability, transactions, finance, and legal

Finance, Controlling & Reporting

• Consolidation of budgeting, forecasting, multi-year planning, and controlling of real estate income, vacancies, operating, as well as maintenance and repair costs in cooperation with the Head of Property Management
• Definition, monitoring, and further development of relevant portfolio key figures
• Construction and maintenance of management cockpits and reporting tools for the executive management
• Preparation of data bases as well as controlling of the valuation results of external real estate appraisers

Investments & Governance

• Responsibility for the preparation, review, and presentation of investment proposals as a basis for decision-making for the respective investment committees
• Representation of owner and portfolio interests towards authorities, neighbors, tenants, co-owners, and other stakeholders

Leasing & Tenant Relations

• Definition, management, and monitoring of vacancy management
• Active and strategic tenant relationship management, including negotiations with key and anchor tenants as well as potential new tenants

Sustainability

• Responsibility for the implementation of sustainability and ESG topics at the property level
• Ensuring the achievement of the defined CO2 reduction path at the portfolio level

Your profile

• Master's degree in business administration or engineering sciences (FH/Uni) with further training in the real estate sector (e.g., MAS Real Estate, CUREM or equivalent)
• Several years (min. 5 years) of sound professional experience in Real Estate Asset Management (commercial and residential), mandatory in a leadership role
• Proven functional and disciplinary leadership experience of at least 5 employees, supportive and empowering leadership style
• Strong analytical skills as well as networked thinking
• Very good knowledge of real estate valuation, investment calculations, and portfolio management
• High technical understanding of construction and development technical issues
• Entrepreneurial-minded, enthusiastic, communicative personality with negotiation skills
• Affinity for IT projects and digitalization processes
• Very good German and English skills are mandatory, good French skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel throughout German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland
