Employee Special Cleaning & Facility Management (100%) The non-profit housing cooperative Sunnige Hof was founded in 1942 with headquarters in Zürich and is today one of the larger housing cooperatives in the Canton of Zürich. Currently, around 5’000 people live in Sunnige Hof. Over 2’700 cooperative members are financially involved in the housing cooperative. Our portfolio with almost 1’800 residential properties ranges from affordable old building apartments to high-quality apartments in new buildings. In addition to management, Sunnige Hof operates services in some of the settlements to enrich everyday life and enliven the neighborhood. In this exciting environment, we are looking for an engaged and motivated personality, starting immediately or by arrangement, as Employee Special Cleaning & Facility Management (100%) Your tasks Focus on Special Cleaning You carry out special cleanings in stairwells, common areas, and side rooms You undertake basic, intensive, and periodic cleanings You clean windows, glass surfaces, and entrance areas You maintain various floor coverings and surfaces professionally You operate and maintain cleaning machines and equipment You ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and order in the managed properties All-rounder Facility Management You assist with the care of green spaces and surroundings You perform smaller maintenance, repair, and upkeep tasks (including maintenance cleaning) You support moves, clearances, and smaller renovation works You perform inspection rounds and report damages or defects You take over winter service (snow removal and ice control) You support the facility management team with general maintenance work and on-call duties according to the deployment plan Your profile Completed vocational training (EFZ), preferably as a specialist in cleaning technology EFZ, specialist in facility management EFZ, or in a manual trade Several years of experience in special and maintenance cleaning, ideally in the residential or real estate sector Experience in facility management or the willingness to take on additional tasks in building maintenance You work independently, carefully, and reliably You are physically resilient and enjoy practical and varied activities You have a service-oriented manner and enjoy contact with tenants as well as external partners You speak and understand German You occasionally have on-call duty (standby service) You have a category B driver's license What we offer Responsibility and creative freedom: A versatile, responsible activity with room for your own ideas Attractive working conditions: A permanent position with long-term perspective, 5 weeks of vacation as well as above-average social benefits.
