For an international company operating in wholesale with a headquarters in Switzerland and approximately 15 locations, we are looking for an agile personality who enjoys participating and making a difference. HR Business Partner ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Responsible for the entire HR lifecycle for around 200 employees (Headquarter and 3 branch offices in German-speaking Switzerland) • Sparring partner to management on HR-relevant questions and critical conversations • Recruitment, personnel planning, personnel development • Participating in/leading projects such as talent management, benefits, digitalization, BGM • Supporting HR administration as needed • Process optimization and design • Co-shaping the professional HR organization Qualifications & Competencies • Commercial basic training or studies with further training as an HR specialist • At least 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner • Experience in change processes and in implementing or leading projects • Strong implementation skills, independent, proactive • Efficient, precise, and structured way of working • Proactive, strong communication skills, empathetic • Languages: German and English, any further language is an advantage • Very good user knowledge of the MS Office suite • Knowledge of Abacus and SAP Opportunities and Perspectives In this company, due to the flat hierarchy and short decision-making paths, you have the opportunity to help shape, contribute your know-how, and develop yourself.
