For one of our customers, we are looking for a Construction Foreman for New Construction (m/f) Your future tasks: You will be responsible for conventional formwork work. You will be responsible for reinforcement and concreting. You will take over the shuttering and striking of walls, ceilings, and stairs. You will be responsible for the concreting and compaction of the concrete. Work distribution to each team member Monitoring of work progress Leading the production meeting every morning Reviewing the plans and preparing the work for the next day Reviewing the daily hourly reports You will ensure that the applicable safety standards are complied with. Your profile: You have proven experience in the construction industry in Switzerland or abroad. You have good German language skills. You are independent and versatile. You have proven experience in team leadership. You preferably have a completed apprenticeship as a mason, training as a foreman or site manager, or similar proof.
