Project-/Construction Manager Civil Engineering

For our client in Zürich we are looking for reinforcement, an experienced personality as PROJECT-/CONSTRUCTION MANAGER CIVIL ENGINEERING (M/W/D) #### Your tasks: • Realization and execution of civil engineering projects. • Flawless and timely creation of measurements and billing. • Work preparation (AVOR) and construction site organization. • Cost, schedule and quality control. • Commissioning and after-sales service up to warranty work. • Responsibility in tendering and procurement. • Contact person for demanding customers. • Personnel management. Requirements: • Completed technical vocational training in the construction industry. • Further training as a certified construction manager, technician FH, certified construction manager or equivalent education. • Professional experience in construction management and project execution in the field of civil engineering. • Initial experience in personnel management is an advantage. • Schedule, customer and team-oriented way of working. • Good technical understanding with planning and coordination skills. • Experience with construction programs such as Messerli and MS Project is an advantage.
