Solution Manager

Your future begins here # We are looking for you as reinforcement for our Solution Management team in the Value Stream IAM (Identity & Access Management). You will drive complex, cross-value-stream IAM topics in the B2B environment and, together with Business, Architecture, and UX, design secure as well as seamless user experiences. In doing so, you ensure that Identity & Access Management solutions meet the highest requirements for security and user-friendliness. • Responsible for the planning and implementation of Epic initiatives (3 to 18 months) including onboarding of new telecommunications and IT products in the IAM area. • Collaboration in an agile, interdisciplinary team with stakeholders, architects, UX designers, and DevOps, applying Lean-Agile principles (SAFe). • Required are an IT degree with business knowledge, several years of experience in complex IT and business processes, strong leadership skills as well as fluent German and English skills.   Your Skills • Several years of experience in the conception, implementation, and operationalization of business processes and IT solutions • Distinct implementation profile with a proven ability to successfully bring complex initiatives to completion • Experienced Epic Owner with the ability to represent and prioritize topics within overarching roadmaps • Sound general IT know-how; IAM standards and practices are a big plus • Excellent communication skills in dealing with stakeholders, female and male customers, as well as DevOps teams • Business fluent in German and English • Distinct conceptual and methodical skills; able to convey complex topics clearly and visually understandably • Ability to structure large initiatives into incremental, value-oriented delivery objects Is it a match?
