Experienced Specialist for On-Site Insurance Inspections (m/f/d) FINMA supervises the financial market. It protects the interests of investors, creditors, and the insured and contributes to the stability and competitiveness of financial market players through its supervision. For this purpose, over 800 competent and motivated employees are engaged daily. In the Integrated Risk Expertise business unit, we offer you a position as Main tasks Planning, co-design, implementation, and management of on-site inspections at insurance companies Regular interaction with the C-level of the supervised institutes Close cooperation with internal specialists, cross-sectional functions, and other organizational units of FINMA Documentation of results; in-depth investigation of regulatory-relevant rule violations as well as oral and written reporting Active co-design and further development of our work processes and instruments Profile University/University of Applied Sciences degree, e.g., in a business administration direction At least 5 years of professional experience at an insurance company or with insight into risk management and/or insurance technology or at an auditing firm, ideally further training as a certified auditor or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) Willingness to travel within Switzerland Quick comprehension and strong ability to combine information Empathic, communicative and team-oriented personality with a convincing appearance, negotiation skills and a touch of humor Excellent German or French skills (C2) as well as good knowledge (B2) of the respective other language and English (at least B2) Perspectives We are the right employer for committed employees who seek challenges and want to take on responsibility quickly.
