Identify project opportunities and expand our customer relationships in the Swiss healthcare system. What you bring with you You want to share your consulting expertise with our customers and colleagues as well as: Relevant multi-year consulting and project management experience from a management consultancy in the HealthCare area (at least 5 years). Sound knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system, including current challenges and industry trends. Wide-ranging expertise in subject areas such as digital transformation, IT implementation and optimization, and supply chain management (also OR logistics is welcome). Analytical problem-solving competence, high result orientation, initiative, desire to shape, as well as curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit. Convincing appearance and outstanding communication and presentation skills at all corporate levels (English / German C1 - other languages welcome). Excellent teamwork, social competence, strong listening and communication skills, as well as the will to constantly develop yourself and others. A superior Master's degree.
