Your future begins here # You impress as an administrative all-rounder in a networked and digital working environment. Are you ready to- • inspire with your digital affinity for networked office technologies and forms of communication • conduct demanding advisory and sales discussions and/or negotiation discussions in German or a foreign language • professionally and customer-orientedly compose and manage documents and correspondence thanks to your pronounced linguistic expression skills - be they letters, emails, protocols, notes, etc. • competently process customer inquiries and concerns and answer them in writing or orally • obtain and evaluate various types of information and process your analyses in a meaningful way What you bring with you • You have completed the compulsory school years at the upper primary level or at the secondary primary level and a tenth school year with constantly good to very good performance • German, mathematics, French and English are among your strengths • You are fascinated by the application areas and trends of the ICT world • You convince with your pronounced and stylish oral as well as written expression and communication skills in German, as well as in foreign languages • Complex situations and facts do not unsettle you thanks to your networked thinking and your concentrated way of working • You have a flair for numbers and are interested in business processes and developments • Working on the computer gives you joy and you have mastered keyboard typing (secure ten-finger system) • Your curiosity drives you to constantly want to discover and learn new things • You know the slightly different training model of Swisscom and absolutely want to be a part of it Your apprenticeship position # Duration: 3 years School locations: Zürich Federal Vocational Baccalaureate: possible Qualification: Kauffrau EFZ / Kaufmann EFZ Further training opportunities: numerous job-related further training courses, with Federal Vocational Baccalaureate studies at a University of Applied Sciences or a Higher Technical College Apprenticeship start: 1.
