Shift Leader Freight Forwarding Handling (w/m/d) 100%

For our management team in the Freight Forwarding Handling department, we are looking for a Shift Leader starting at the earliest on 1 December 2026.

• Planning and coordination of employee assignments
• Support of internal and external customers
• Control administration of order entry and invoicing
• Process management and optimization
• Handling of extraordinary situations in operations
• Support on the shift during bottlenecks
• Participation in projects and assumption of departments
• Monitoring and compliance with quality, safety, and process specifications
• Ensuring smooth and efficient operational processes

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training, preferably in logistics
• Good specialist knowledge in air freight handling
• Leadership experience
• Reliable, exact, flexible working style
• Good communication skills
• Flexible, resilient, and a team player
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good PC user skills
• Assertiveness and a high sense of responsibility
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working
