'The secondary school Buchlern in the school district Letzi is a vibrant and growing school with around 360 students. Our school is in an exciting phase of development: With the introduction of the day school in 2028, the school-supplementary care services will be further expanded and redesigned. Already today, the school has a well-established midday care center with its own cook, a specialist in care, and a dedicated team. For the technical and organizational management of this area, as well as for the further development of future care structures, we are looking for an initiative and responsible person from September 1, 2026. Tasks ## • Pedagogical, personnel and organizational management of the midday care center • Leadership and support of the care team • Ensuring a high-quality and needs-oriented care service • Collaboration in the management team and close cooperation with the school management • Shaping and further development of care with a view to the introduction of the day school 2028 Profile ## • Degree in the social or pedagogical field (HF, FH or equivalent) • Experience in the care of young people • Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility • Enjoyment of development and construction work as well as participation in the design of a day school • High social competence, organizational skills, and independent working methods We offer ## You can expect a responsible leadership task with a large scope for design in a dynamic school environment.
