For our customer in the Zurich region, we are looking for a: Chef de Cuisine 100% (w/m/d) ### Your challenge ### • Overall responsibility for kitchen operations including leadership, deployment planning and further development of the kitchen team • Ensuring smooth, economical and high-quality kitchen processes 365 days a year • Planning and preparation of balanced, regional and seasonal menus incl. special dietary requirements and diets • Responsibility for purchasing, inventory management, orders, stocktaking as well as budget control and food cost • Close cooperation with the hotel management and other departments for integrated, holistic care • Strict compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations according to HACCP Your competence ### • Completed training as Köchin / Koch EFZ with further training as Chefköchin / Küchenchef with eidg. FA • Several years of professional experience in a comparable leadership function, ideally in institutional catering or hotel management • Structured, economical and solution-oriented way of working with high customer orientation • Good knowledge of calculation, budgeting, inventory management and MS Office • Very good German skills in spoken and written language; other languages an advantage • Resilience, flexibility and enjoyment of a meaningful task Philipp Kecskes will be very happy to provide you with further information about this position.
