This is the job - Your main tasks #

• You help shape solutions from the beginning. Together with specialists, architects, and delivery leads, you concretize requirements, develop technical solution approaches, and make them tangible through demos, PoCs, and MVPs.
• You develop Data & AI applications to production readiness. You implement services, agents, and agent teams and integrate AI components into APIs, databases, specialist systems, and user interfaces.
• You have direct customer contact, clarify requirements, mirror solution ideas, and advise the business.
• You reliably bring solutions into the customer environment. You automate builds and deployments, integrate logging and monitoring, and support error analysis, operation, and further development in cloud and on-prem environments.
• You use AI throughout the entire development process. You use coding assistants, agents, and specification-based development from requirement clarification to automated testing. You understand, check, and are responsible for the generated code.
• You take responsibility in the project team. You structure and estimate work packages, participate in workshops, and develop reusable components.

This job is for you if... #

• Practical experience along the software development lifecycle. You have developed, deployed, and accompanied solutions with AI components in productive use. You know the challenges of transitioning from a prototype to a productive application.
• Sound software engineering know-how. You master Python at a production-ready level and bring project experience in another enterprise stack such as C#/.NET or Java/Spring Boot. Modular code, API development, SQL, and Git are part of your craft.
• Practical experience with Agentic AI. You know agents, agent teams, and agentic frameworks as well as tool-calling, structured outputs, and multimodal processing with voice and vision. You implement permissions, error handling, and human-in-the-loop purposefully.
• Experience with data processing, system integration, and security in quality assurance and DevOps.
• Consulting competence and joy in working with people, as well as very good German skills at least at C1 level.

As an icing on the cake, you bring #

• Deep expertise in an engineering focus: for example, complex agent orchestration, backend development, frontend/full stack, or AI infrastructure.
• Experience with sophisticated user interfaces: You have implemented intuitive interactions for AI applications, such as for voice assistants, document checking, or human approvals in automated processes.
• Experience with local AI infrastructure: You have deployed models yourself and optimized inference, resource consumption, or performance in on-prem environments.
• Experience in building common development components, project templates, or automated development and deployment processes.
