We offer an interested and customer-oriented personality the following position as Real Estate Consultant ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Implementation and introduction of the real estate tool • Project and sub-project management • Consulting and support of customers • Analyzing processes • Resolving problems • Interface between management and IT Qualifications & Competencies • Completed business administration further education HF/FH or further education for the Federal Diploma of Property Manager • Several years of professional experience as a property manager • Proficient knowledge of the processes and procedures in the real estate sector • Independent, solution-oriented and reliable way of working • Service-oriented and communicative • Proficient IT skills (ERP knowledge), Abacus mandatory • Proficient German language skills Opportunities & Perspectives Our client offers a collegial and dynamic environment with flat hierarchies and wants to grow long-term with its employees.
