Mentoring program for more equality of opportunity and education

Do you want to take on leadership and further develop an established mentoring program in German-speaking Switzerland together with a dedicated team? Then become part of our idea and commit yourself with DreamTeam to more equality of opportunity and education!

DreamTeam enables primary school children to embark on a one-year journey of discovery in a 1:1 mentoring. Together with mentors at high schools and secondary schools, they learn to better cope with the challenges of everyday life through weekly leisure activities. DreamTeam is a non-profit project of the Stiftung EDUCA SWISS.

For the further development and wide-scale establishment of our program in Switzerland, we are looking for an implementation-strong and versatile Program Manager.

Your field of activity and your tasks:

• Overall responsibility for the mentoring program
• Further development and implementation of program and growth goals
• Maintenance and expansion of partner networks with high, secondary, and primary schools
• Financial planning and budget management as well as ensuring sustainable program financing
• Regular public relations work and presence at networking events and specialist conferences

Ideally, you bring with you:

• You know the Swiss educational landscape from your own professional experience and ideally possess a corresponding network.
• You are implementation-strong, solution-oriented, and have already managed projects independently.
• Ideally, you already have leadership experience.
• You have already successfully raised third-party funds.
• You possess a high affinity for educational topics.
• You are characterized by an enthusiastic and target-group-oriented communication style, combined with a confident and professional appearance.
• Affinity for numbers and sound IT knowledge are very desirable.
• Proficient German language skills in speaking and writing are a must - other national languages, especially French, are an advantage.
