Die Residenz Spirgarten is a residence of the Atlas Stiftung. It was built according to the plans of Miller & Maranta. The Residenz is located in the middle of Zürich-Altstetten directly at Lindenplatz. It has 68 apartments and a nursing department with 18 single rooms.
