Assistant Cook (m/f/d) – irregular assignments on an hourly basis Who we are: One restaurant in the city of Zürich, but in the middle of nature: Restaurant Alter Tobelhof and the Chäsalp on the Zürichberg. Formerly a farmhouse with roots in the 13th century, today one of the most well-known restaurants in the city – with modern Swiss cuisine, local and seasonal. Areas of responsibility: • Preparing and prepping food • Mise en Place and support of the cooks in daily operations • Washing of kitchen materials • Cleaning work in the kitchen Your profile: • Experience in the kitchen is an advantage • Clean, reliable and flexible way of working • Motivation and desire to work in a cool team • Willingness for assignments in the evenings and on weekends Employment: Hourly wage for irregular assignments. Duration and timing of the assignments will be determined by mutual agreement. These are irregular, hourly assignments remunerated on an hourly basis, and not assignments of part-time employees.
