Working Student IT – First Level Support & Microsoft 365 (20 - 50%)

To support our IT team, we are looking for a committed working student in the IT sector. In this role, you will take on operational tasks in First Level Support and Workplace Management and support the administration and further development of our Microsoft‑365 environment. Ongoing studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable Knowledge of working with Microsoft 365 (e.g. Teams, Exchange, SharePoint). Basic understanding of Identity‑ and Access‑Management (e.g. MFA, Conditional Access) as well as device management (Microsoft Intune) Ideally, first Microsoft certifications like MS‑102, MD‑102 or SC‑300 (passed or in preparation) Interest in security topics (e.g. Entra ID P2, Defender, Zero‑Trust approaches) as well as willingness to further develop through Microsoft certifications like SC‑401, SC‑200 or AZ‑500 Practical IT tasks with responsibility and learning curve Flexible working hours suitable for studies Close collaboration with the internal IT team Open company culture with a first-name basis and casual dress code Collegial collaboration in a young and well-rehearsed team Workplace within walking distance to Zürcher Hauptbahnhof
