For our medical ward at the Triemli location, we are looking for an engaged, humorous and competent personality, effective immediately or by arrangement. Tasks ## • You actively accompany our trainees (FH/HF, FaGe, AGS) through their internships - from planning and implementation to the evaluation of learning situations. • Together with the training team, you design learning processes according to our training concept and ensure an inspiring learning atmosphere. • You participate actively in the selection and recruitment process of new trainees and students. • As a nursing professional, you also undertake the professional care and support of our patients on the medical ward. In doing so, you orient yourself according to the nursing process and evidence-based standards. • In our shared governance model, you design and ensure nursing quality on our ward together with the management and expert team. You contribute your professional expertise to the development of standards and live a culture of cooperation - as an engaged role model for your team. You contribute proactively. Profile ## • Degree as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl.
