Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees are committed every day to the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks • Writing from dictation, proofreading, checking and sending reports as well as finalizing insurance and discharge reports for the outpatient clinic and dermatopathology/histology are among your daily tasks. • You support the outpatient clinic area with administrative tasks in daily operations, both by telephone and in writing. • You take on deputy tasks for the administrative secretary of the dermatological surgery area and support this area. What you bring with you • You have a commercial education with further training as a hospital or medical secretary or have comparable experience. • Experience in a university hospital environment will facilitate your entry. • You maintain an empathetic communication style, enjoy administrative activities, and appreciate independent work in a university, rapidly changing environment. • You are digitally savvy, have sound Office-365 knowledge, and have the ability to quickly learn new technologies (knowledge of KISIM is an advantage). • You communicate with stylistic confidence in German and have good English skills.
