Your tasks

• Team player: You are part of a small, well-coordinated team and jointly with your colleagues bear responsibility for IT & technology at our locations in Zürich, Basel and Bern.
• Infrastructure professional: You implement servers, network, storage, backups and our cloud services (M365), keep them running, monitor them and continuously develop them further.
• Problem solver: You get to the bottom of complex malfunctions, find the cause and ensure sustainable solutions in ongoing operations.
• Quality thinker: You keep an eye on our services, optimize them continuously and ensure high quality, effectiveness and efficiency.
• Organizational talent: You ensure smooth IT operations and have control over the maintenance and documentation of our IT infrastructures and applications.
• Broadcast operation hero: With your know-how, you ensure that production and broadcast operations also run smoothly and professionally from a technical perspective.
• Calmness keeper: You regularly take on on-call duties and maintain an overview even during incidents – including incident and change management up to 2nd level.
• Project pilot: You coordinate IT projects, keep an eye on deadlines and participants and lead external partners both technically and organizationally.
• Event supporter: You are jointly responsible for IT during external assignments and events of Energy and also ensure reliable technical support while on the road.

Your profile

• IT foundation: You have completed IT training and already bring practical experience from the IT world.
• Tech all-rounder: Networks, clients, servers, databases and Microsoft operating systems as well as applications are not foreign concepts to you – you bring sound know-how in these areas.
• Engineering professional: You have experience in engineering and 2nd level support of larger ICT infrastructures, ideally with technologies such as VMware ESX / Nutanix, Enterprise Storage, MS Exchange Online or Active Directory.
• Communication talent: You enjoy contact with users and customers, communicate clearly and solution-oriented and bring high social competence.
• Team player: You are committed, motivated and communicative, like to pitch in and want to make a difference together.
• Reliability professional: You work independently, precisely and reliably and maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
• Flexibility talent: You bring a high level of commitment and are prepared, if necessary, to work in the evenings or on weekends.
• Broadcast nerd: Do you know your way around the broadcast environment? Even better! Knowledge of AXIA Livewire, Ravenna or Multicast is a plus.
