To strengthen our team, we are looking for a female or male HR Clerk for the Consulting Sector in the Schulführung department, starting immediately or by arrangement. Your area of responsibility ### • You advise teachers and school management on administrative, personnel, and social insurance law issues during long-term incapacity for work. • You coordinate necessary measures, maintain files, and ensure correct and timely case processing. • As the first point of contact, you answer telephone and written inquiries from teachers, school management, school authorities, and school administrations. • You are the hub in the administration and undertake classic secretarial tasks such as telephone service, mail processing, and correspondence. Your profile ### You will master this demanding task with a high degree of independence, networked thinking, organizational skills, and empathy. You move confidently in administrative personnel topics and are interested in personnel and social insurance law issues. With a lot of tact, you accompany our ill employees. You have a commercial education as well as several years of professional experience in human resources, ideally supplemented by further training in the field of social insurance. We desire a friendly, reliable, resilient, and humorous personality who lives our team spirit. You enjoy service-oriented communication in stylish German (written and spoken) with internal and external bodies and are proficient in using various IT applications.
