What you do - You conduct digital expertise and create reports based on photos and videos of motor vehicles both for domestic and foreign use - You determine repair methods, determine the damage costs, and establish the vehicle value to ensure precise and efficient damage settlement - You process motor vehicle damage (casco, liability damage cases) and also settle general liability damages, always taking into account the interests of all parties involved - You check repair invoices, depreciation, and loss of use claims to ensure the quality and correctness of the billing - You conduct negotiations with policyholders, claimants, and repair shops and coordinate the return and monitoring of foreign damages What you bring - Successfully completed training as a body repairer, car painter, or automotive mechatronics technician. Ideally supplemented by further training as an automotive diagnostician, workshop coordinator, body/paint workshop manager, technical or certified business administrator. - Several years of professional experience in body repair, as a workshop manager, or customer service advisor. Through this, you possess sound specialist knowledge and practical experience in the repair sector or in the acceptance and processing of accident-damaged vehicles. - Strong skills in oral and digital communication as well as high IT affinity, so that you can use modern tools and technologies effectively. - Very good German skills are mandatory. Additionally, you have good knowledge of French or Italian.
