Job description
Kinderkrippe Goldräge has been offering professional daycare for infants and toddlers from the age of 3 months until starting kindergarten in two mixed-age groups of 12 children each for over 20 years. To complement and support our team, we are looking for a co-educator 40% starting immediately, fixed-term until summer 2027. Your tasks in cooperation with the entire team:

Accompanying a group of children according to the socio-pedagogical principles of Kinderkrippe Goldräge
Promoting the children according to their age and creating a familiar atmosphere in which both the children and the team feel comfortable and understood
Close cooperation with the parents

Training as a specialist in childcare (Fachfrau Betreuung Kinder), if possible with professional experience

Ability to work in a team as well as independence, flexibility and personal responsibility
Empathic, eager-to-learn and team-oriented personality
