• Completed studies as a mechanical engineer FH or ETH or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in mechanical engineering
• Experience in the development and design of special purpose machines is an advantage
• Leadership experience with interdisciplinary teams

• Pronounced competence in project management
• Experience in the planning, control, and implementation of complex development projects
• Very good knowledge of CAD systems, preferably SolidWorks
• Good knowledge of PDM systems and ERP applications

• High quality awareness and entrepreneurial thinking
• Strong communication skills and high social competence
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
