Senior Systems Engineer
Your tasks
Planning, conception, and implementation of IT infrastructure projects based on current Microsoft technologies and security solutions.
Implementation and operation of individual IT solutions for our customers.
Analysis, rectification, and sustainable management of faults (2nd Level Support).
Consulting our customers on matters of IT architecture and IT security.
Collaboration on the standardization and documentation of IT processes for continuous quality improvement.
Deputy Team Leader (experience required)
Conducting training and workshops for customers and internal teams.
Your profile
Several years of professional experience as a Systems Engineer in the IT service environment.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune).
Independent and structured way of working.
Very good German skills as well as good English skills in speaking and writing.
