Living with mental impairments can be challenging - both for the affected person and their environment. That is why the Interessengemeinschaft für Sozialpsychiatrie Zürich (IGSP) exists. It emerged 55 years ago from the need to offer accompanied and supported living options for people. Our goal: people with mental impairments lead as independent a life as possible and can participate in society. Three points are central to this: We meet each other with respect and at eye level. We work goal-oriented with the resources that the client brings with them. And we see the individual person in their entirety.   Living in one's own apartment and yet being professionally accompanied: The specialists of the Begleiteten Einzelwohnens support around 30 clients with mental impairments in this way. Further clients are cared for and accompanied as part of the Ambulanten Angebots SEBE. The offer is coordinated according to their wishes and needs as well as within the framework of the funded care requirement (Voucher). In our 6 residential groups of the Begleiteten Wohnens, 22 clients live who follow an external day structure and want to live independently but not alone. In the punctual support and counseling by the specialist from the same team, the center is on the most self-competent management of everyday life and existence possible. As of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a SPECIALIST SOCIAL PSYCHIATRY 70% - 80% (Psychiatric Nursing or Social Pedagogy HF/FH) Your main tasks • Goal- and resource-oriented accompaniment of people with a mental impairment • Sustainable and responsible relationship management • Accompaniment in crisis situations and individual developmental steps • Support in dealing with one's own illness and everyday management  • Accompaniment of group dynamic processes and everyday practical tasks • Cooperation with external contact persons and institutions   Your profile:  • Training in psychiatric nursing or social pedagogy at HF/FH level  • Professional experience in the field of psychiatry, as well as advantageously in Begleiteten Wohnen or Psychosoziale Spitex • High level of independence and personal responsibility as well as ability to reflect • Structured way of working, networked thinking, organizational and planning skills • Good IT skills as well as differentiated ability to express oneself • Integrated, enthusiastic and reliable personality with high social competence    We offer you • Responsible and independent work with scope for design • Versatile and interesting field of work • Team of experienced and motivated specialists • Attractive employment conditions as well as regulated working hours • Supervision and further training opportunities • Centrally located office workplace near Stauffacher   Are you interested?
