Chef de Partie (80 - 100%)

The tibits family in Zürich wishes to have two new members immediately or by agreement to support the committed team in an 80-100% workload (without room hours).

Your tasks:
Scheduling, leadership & coaching of around 6 - 8 employees per shift
Demonstrating enthusiasm for our fresh & delicious dishes
Active participation in the kitchen on all positions
Quality assurance at our beautiful buffet
Responsible for the exact adherence to recipes and implementation of the tibits Basics
Implementation and control of quality and hygiene regulations
Procurement and inventory management with Navision
