For the exciting large-scale project Dock A at Zurich Airport, we are looking for a dedicated, motivated, and team-oriented person as Construction Manager with Focus on Scheduling 80-100% Job Description: As part of the planning community consisting of BIG and IB, you will actively contribute to the planning and realization of the complex new building Dock A at Zurich Airport - a unique large-scale project that will run for over a decade and requires individual and innovative solutions. In this challenging role, your focus will be on scheduling and schedule management. You will create and maintain project, execution, and detailed schedules, monitor critical milestones, and coordinate the scheduling interfaces between the client, planners, and contractors. Additionally, you will support the construction management team in coordinating and monitoring the construction work. You will control the construction progress, recognize scheduling deviations at an early stage, and initiate suitable measures together with the project participants. Participation in construction meetings and quality assurance on the construction site as well as monitoring costs, services, and changes will round out your versatile range of tasks.
