Nursing Specialist for Vocational Training / Vocational Trainer for the neurosurgical ward 70-100%

Become part of our neurosurgical ward with 32 beds and a team of over 40 employees. To accompany and promote our students and learners, we are looking for a motivated nursing specialist as a vocational trainer. The Universitätsspital Zürich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees commit themselves daily to the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks • Comprehensive and person-centered nursing and care of neurosurgical patients • Independent planning, organization and execution of nursing interventions as well as active involvement of learners/students in daily nursing care • Design and further development of the nursing process in the primary nursing system • Accompanying, promoting, supporting and assessing learners/students (Pflege HF/FH, FaGe) by conducting training discussions and assessing with various forms of qualification in close cooperation with the vocational trainer/training manager of the department • Co-responsibility for a motivating, appreciative and learning-promoting training environment Your profile • You are a nursing specialist HF/FH with several years of professional experience in an acute care hospital, ideally in the field of neurosurgery • Experience in the field of education or interest in further developing in the field of education • Additional training in education SVEB 1 or willingness to complete this • Joy in supporting young adults in their professional and personal development • Interest in the care of neurosurgical patients with commitment and quality awareness for patient care • As a socially competent, team-oriented, flexible and resilient personality, you can move in a complex and dynamic working environment Our benefits We look forward to your application Rahel Aggeler Recruiting About the USZ Das Universitätsspital Zürich ist eines der grössten Spitäler in der Schweiz.
