Case Manager, Case Manager Vocational Training (80% - 100%) Your task is demanding and versatile. As a Case Manager, you accompany adolescents and young adults with a health handicap on their way into the working world. Adults in retraining are also among your clients. You follow the training progress attentively and understand how to involve the partners important for the integration process (e.g., training supervisors, therapists, doctors, insurance companies). You develop sustainable solutions to achieve the integration goal. After the training, you commit yourself with passion to ensuring that your clients find a job. You are responsible for the entire case management from the vocational choice decision to integration. This includes administrative tasks such as minute-taking, correspondence, etc., and last but not least, you contribute your ideas, because in this newly created function there is much to shape. For this demanding task, you bring quite a bit: You have a completed education at the level of Höhere Fachschule or Fachhochschule in the fields of Health, Social Work, Psychology, or Economics, and several years of professional experience in a comparable function in accompanying adolescents and young adults. Knowledge in the social insurance sector as well as experience in working with mentally ill people are an advantage. You know how to respond to clients, advise them competently, and do not lose sight of the goal even in demanding situations. You have a quick grasp, are solution-oriented, enjoy change, and deal constructively with different interests. You like to take responsibility, think in networks, and work independently. At the same time, you are a team player with high empathic abilities.
