Head of Finance & Accounting (70 – 100%; m/f/d) The Schweizerische Paritätische Vollzugskommission Bau (SVK) ensures the efficient and competent enforcement of the national framework agreement for the Swiss main construction industry (LMV). The office in Zürich also coordinates the activities of the Paritätischer Fonds des schweizerischen Bauhauptgewerbes (Parifonds Bau) as well as the Schweizerische Paritätische Kommission Gleisbau (SPK Gleisbau). The Parifonds Bau aims, on the one hand, to cover the costs in the enforcement of the LMV and the GAV Gleisbau as well as to fulfill further tasks primarily of a social nature. On the other hand, the Parifonds Bau aims to promote vocational and continuing education as well as to support measures to prevent accidents and occupational diseases. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged and personally convincing individual as Head of Finance & Accounting (70 – 100%; m/f/d) per immediately or by arrangement Your area of responsibility Responsibility for the finance and accounting of the SVK, the Parifonds Bau and the SPK Gleisbau; Monitoring and controlling the outsourced accounting processes (accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger entries in Abacus); Responsibility for the divisional accounting of the Parifonds Bau; Analysis and commentary of the periodic closings (quarterly and annual closings) for the committees; Setup and management of financial controlling and reporting; Ensuring the correct implementation of the financing regulations by the enforcement bodies in the main construction industry; Optimization of the reporting and the processes for the financial management of the enforcement bodies in the main construction industry; Expansion of cooperation with the regional Paritätische Berufskommissionen; Contact person for business management matters for the management, committees, third-party organizations and auditors; Participation in finance-relevant projects. The concrete spectrum of tasks will be adapted to the degree of employment. At a workload of 90–100 %, the function includes additional tasks in the areas of strategic financial management, project management and organizational development. Your profile a completed commercial education or Matura as well as higher education in Finance & Accounting – for example at the level of a Higher Vocational School/University of Applied Sciences/Federal Diploma; Several years of activity in the field of finance and experience in budget and finance processes You work independently, accurately and reliably.
