From mid-October 2026, we are looking for an architect with 5+ years of experience in leading construction projects in Switzerland. For over 30 years, we have been working at the interface of architecture and urban design on complex, international projects. For our office in Zürich, we are looking for an experienced personality for the project management of a large-scale residential construction project, developed in a demanding transformation context and to be implemented in BIM planning.

YOUR AREA OF ACTIVITY

• Project management for the planning and realization of a high-volume residential construction project (SIA phases 21-53)
• Steering and coordination of all project participants (architecture, specialist planners, authorities, companies)
• Leadership of the planning team as well as ensuring quality, costs, and deadlines
• Implementation and ensuring of BIM processes across all project phases
• Responsibility for the coordination and quality of the digital models (coordination models, clash detection, model checks)
• Organization and leadership of planning and coordination meetings
• Ensuring compliance with standards, guidelines, and official requirements
• Participation in tenders and contract management
• Reporting to the client and internal committees

Job requirements

ABOUT YOU

• 5+ years of experience as project management of high-volume residential construction projects
• Sound knowledge of SIA phases as well as Swiss standards and procedures
• Verifiable experience in BIM projects, ideally in a leading function
• Very good knowledge of Revit, knowledge of Vectorworks an advantage
• Business fluent German (at least C1 or native language)
• Design skills in a wide variety of phases and scales
• Very good knowledge of construction techniques, feasibility, and a good sense for details
• Strong leadership and communication competence as well as teamwork skills
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working and entrepreneurial thinking
