Living with mental impairments can be challenging - for the affected person as well as their environment. That is why the Interessengemeinschaft für Sozialpsychiatrie Zürich (IGSP) exists. It was created 55 years ago out of the need to offer supported and supervised living options for people. Our goal: People with mental impairments lead as independent a life as possible and can participate in society. Three points are central to this: We meet each other with respect and at eye level. We work in a goal-oriented manner with the resources that the client brings. And we see the individual person in their entirety. Living in a community and yet being able to withdraw: The Wohnhaus Sempacherhof offers the best conditions for this. 18 people with a mental impairment find a home here where they can stabilize and develop. The average age of the residents is approximately 50 years. The appreciative interaction with one another is characterized by humor. As of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for an engaged SPECIALIST SOCIAL PSYCHIATRY 70 - 90% ## with training in psychiatric nursing or social pedagogy (HF/FH). Your main tasks • Goal- and resource-oriented support of people with a mental impairment • Support in everyday life as well as in crisis situations • Responsibility as a reference person and support in individual developmental steps • Cooperation with external contact persons and institutions • Guidance in learning everyday practical skills • Promotion of social competences as well as accompaniment of group dynamic processes Your profile: • Training in psychiatric nursing or social pedagogy at HF/FH level • Professional experience in the field of psychiatry or supported living • Structured way of working, networked thinking as well as enjoyment of collaboration • Good IT skills as well as differentiated expressive ability • Integrated, enthusiastic and reliable personality with high social competences • Domestic skills including cooking as well as organizational skill We offer you • Broad and varied spectrum of tasks with scope for design • Well-trained, experienced and motivated care team • Supervision and continuing education opportunities • Attractive employment conditions as well as free meals • Working in a beautiful residential house with a garden, near Hegibachplatz Are you interested?
