Our client, an internationally successful and renowned Consumer Goods company headquartered in Zürich, is looking for a committed and ambitious personality to strengthen the Group Controlling team. Corporate Controller (incl. 2 days home office) In this key role, you will assume central responsibility for the semi-annual and annual financial statements according to IFRS and make a significant contribution to the financial transparency and management of the group. You will work closely with the Head Group Reporting as well as international stakeholders and actively participate in shaping the further development of the financial processes at Group level. Your tasks Responsibility for the preparation of the semi-annual and annual IFRS group financial statements incl. coordination of the external audit Function as IFRS Key Expert in the group: monitoring new standards, assessing the impacts as well as group-wide consulting and support Further development and maintenance of the Group Finance Manual as well as the group-wide reporting standards to ensure consistency and best practices Overall responsibility for the Internal Control System (ICS) incl. strategic further development, governance and stakeholder management Coordination of the annual Enterprise Risk Reporting process in close cooperation with Internal Audit and relevant stakeholders as well as reporting to the Audit Committee Support of strategic Finance initiatives and business performance topics, incl. country reviews, Finance Community Leadership as well as transformation projects (e.g. SAP S/4HANA) Your profile Completed studies in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration (Bachelor or Master) as well as qualification as an eidg. diplomierter Wirtschaftsprüfer At least 8 years of professional experience in external audit Excellent German and English skills in speaking and writing, other languages an advantage Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex content clearly, structured and appropriately for the target group Diplomatic appearance combined with assertiveness Proven ability to build effective relationships at all company levels and to work successfully in an international team environment Does this sound like your next career step?
